Mistral

The entire composition of this picture is absolutely gorgeous to me. Everything appears to be balanced and she actually has an angelic like quality to her due to how the light plays in her hair and on her skin.

The picture is bright and really grabs your attention from the first moment. Her bright hair flows into the bright sweater she wears and pulls your eye into the whole of the photograph. Upon being pulled into the photo, you begin to notice more and more details. Her eyes are so dark and provide a beautiful contrast to the brightness of the rest of the picture. Her hand positioned delicately under her chin adds a bit of elegance to a picture that otherwise seems like it could have been taken of anyone in the world in a moment of thought. The bokeh is buttery and makes the foreground pop.

The only things that I can say are negatives (and they aren't really negatives) are that the bow appears to be a little low on the head, almost like it fell or was placed in the wrong spot on the head. This criticism of course could just be because I am a guy and don't really understand where a bow is supposed to be worn. The other criticism is that the purse takes away from the model a little bit. This comment is based on the fact that it is so dark, it pulls your eyes away from the brightness of the model, and detracts slightly from her piercingly dark eyes.

All in all, a very beautiful picture that is very well composed, edited and posed.
